Prescribing Nature as Medicine, in partnership with the United States Forest Service — join us for a free wellness outing each month! Enjoy the benefits of nature with a stroll led by a medical provider. Research shows time in nature can improve your mental and physical health.
Outing Tips
- Wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Bring binoculars, a water bottle and snacks.
- No pets. We love dogs, but please bring only service animals.
