Remain in your home while receiving care and support from a highly-skilled team. If you need assistance, not easily provided by family members or friends, home care can help you prevent or recover from an illness, injury, or hospital stay at home.

Team

The Home Health team is made up of the following specialties (state licensed, federally certified, and Joint Commission accredited):

• registered nurses
• rehab therapists (physical, occupational and speech therapy)
• medical social workers
• home health aides

Home Health services are available through a physician’s referral in the South Lake Tahoe area, including Stateline, Glenbrook, and Markleeville. Services are covered under Medicare, Medi-Cal, private pay, and private insurance.
