Event Coverage Request
Our on-site staff allows your athletes immediate access to the best care available so you may produce a safe and enjoyable event. Please note: as we ramp up our services we may have limited ability and resources to provide sports medicine medical personnel and supplies for your event.
Coverage includes, but is not limited to, mobile medical, roadside and finish line support. Potential staffing includes orthopedic physicians, emergency department physicians, athletic trainers, registered nurses, and/ or physical therapists.
As a non-profit healthcare system our preference will be to work with other non-profit agencies, but we occasionally will work with for-profit groups.

Past Event & Community Coverage
We are proud to have provided coverage for many annual Lake Tahoe events including America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride, Rock Tahoe Half Marathon, Tour de Tahoe, Lake Tahoe Marathon and many more.
We also provide coverage from practices to home games for South Tahoe High School, Douglas High School, George Whittell High School, Lake Tahoe Community College Men’s & Women’s Soccer Programs, and Tahoe Blue Hockey.
