  • Send and receive secure messages with your provider's office (telehealth providers may not use MyChart)
  • Let us know when to expect you or select your same-day appointment slot at Urgent Care & Quick Care with On My Way
  • Schedule your mammogram
  • Request an appointment
  • View your family member's record and message their care team on their behalf
  • View and print your test results
  • View your medical records and medical history
  • Attend a virtual video healthcare visit

Getting Started

  1. Request your MyChart Access Code at your next appointment.
  2. After you receive your Access Code, sign up and activate your account.
  3. If you do not have an Access Code, sign up with validation questions.
  4. Download the MyChart app to access your personal records on the go.

Note: Passwords must be between 8-20 characters, contain at least one letter and one number, and be different from the username.
