With decades of experience, our coordinated care team consists of highly-skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists, in addition to the only certified hand therapists in South Lake Tahoe. And with our state-of-the-art equipment we provide you the opportunity to rehab or train at a higher level and prevent further injuries.

We offer a full range of rehabilitation services for pediatric and adult patients in both outpatient (medical office) and inpatient (hospital-based) settings:

Improving Lives with Technology
Inspiration takes human form in Trent Dingman, a South Lake Tahoe resident who sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI) with memory and function loss. Faced with a life-changing injury, Trent has forged his own way on an incredible recovery journey. With highly-skilled rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment at the Barton Center for Orthopedics & Wellness, Trent has regained balance, relearned to walk, and even dribbled a basketball, one of his favorite pastime activities.
