Barton Skilled Nursing Facility is committed to Total Quality Improvement. For over 25 years, we've provided an environment for our staff that encourages performance improvement, team work and professional and personal growth. This environment creates an atmosphere that is caring and positive.
Residents and their families are encouraged to remain involved in care planning. We'll meet quarterly (resident, Medical Director, nursing staff, dietitian and activities staff) to assess how the resident is progressing and address any concerns. The family is invited to attend these meetings with the resident.
